Terms for the WonderNear review experience.
These draft terms describe a static prototype and the intended product boundaries. They are not approved production terms and do not identify a legal operator or jurisdiction.
Prototype status
The Website is a static, fixture-driven product demonstration. It is not a promise that WonderNear, Google sign-in, live discovery, or Calendar creation is available in production.
Demo event information is curated fixture content. It must not be treated as current availability, booking advice, or a guarantee that an activity is suitable for a particular family.
Family decisions remain yours
Families remain responsible for checking event details, age guidance, accessibility, pricing, availability, location, safety, and source information before making plans.
Optional Calendar behavior
The authenticated product design permits Calendar creation only after an eligible event is selected and the user explicitly requests the action. Browser return pages do not confirm a sign-in, connection, or Calendar write.
Acceptable review use
Do not attempt to submit credentials, tokens, private Calendar data, or personal information through this Website. It provides no form, account system, upload, or support inbox.
No production warranty
The prototype is provided for evaluation and may change. No uptime, service level, production support, data-retention promise, security certification, or regulatory compliance claim is made here.
